Ankush Gupta, PhD
Senior Scientist
Dr. Ankush Gupta is a senior scientist. He earned his PhD in Organic Chemistry
from the Central University of Gujarat, where he focused on assembling nucleophilic
sulfur and amines within organic frameworks. His research is pioneering in
synthesizing organochalcogen moieties, Umpolung chemistry with the nitromethyl
group, and water-mediated reactions to synthesize novel bioactive molecules
targeting cancer, tuberculosis, and viral infections. His work is featured in
high-impact journals, including J. Org. Chem. and Org. Lett.
Monika Kumari
Scientist
Monika Kumari is a Scientist at the company with a PhD in Biomedical
Engineering. Her research broadly focuses on cancer biology, drug discovery, and
translational therapeutics, with particular interest in phytochemicals and
synthetic compounds. She has hands-on expertise in cell culture techniques, drug
screening, and a strong working knowledge of molecular docking and molecular
dynamics simulations. She is also well-versed in Plasmodium falciparum_ culture,
reflecting her multidisciplinary experience across oncology and infectious disease
research.
Padam Raj Bhatt
Junior Research Fellow
He hails from Benni village, Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand. He completed graduation
from Kumaun University and M.Sc. in Chemical Sciences from Central University of
Gujarat. He taught as PGT Chemistry at The Asian Group of School, Pithoragarh, and
worked on a BRICS project under Dr. Brijesh Rathi at Hansraj College, Delhi.
Currently pursuing Ph.D. on DST-funded project "Small Molecules Drug Discovery for
Rare Genetic Disorder Therapy." His research focuses on economical synthesis of
novel small molecules, molecular hybridization, and API development. He received an
International Travel Grant for the 25th Tetrahedron Symposium.
Tarun Mavi

Tarun Mavi is a skilled laboratory technician with extensive expertise in analytical
instrumentation and laboratory operations. He is highly proficient in handling and
maintaining HPLC systems, ensuring precise and reliable analytical results. With
comprehensive knowledge of the working principles of all major lab instruments, he
plays a key role in optimizing laboratory efficiency and accuracy. In addition to
his technical responsibilities, Tarun effectively manages the lab’s financial
operations, including budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation, making him a
vital asset who bridges both technical and administrative functions
